Description
Students add and subtract like terms in this puzzle activity where each term is a linear monomial. Some of the terms inside the equations are missing, so students must use the terms of surrounding equations to figure out the missing terms.
This activity also gives students practice adding and subtracting integers as all of the monomials are x terms. Some missing terms will be negative. An answer key is included. This is a print only activity.
