This elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson introduces students to steps to resolving conflicts! Introduce students to the Work It Out Warthog who is great at conflict resolution! Read a PPT or printable PDF story and play a movement-based activity to give students a chance to practice making, "I feel...when..." statements to given conflict scenarios. Students then work with a partner to practice brainstorming solutions to given scenarios. Create a steps to conflict resolution slider for students to reference in the future when conflicts arise!
