We used these cards to learn the names of the constellations. Then we used them to make marshmallow and pretzel constellation snacks!
Interestingly, I used this resource along with a woodworking project. Students put the paper down on a piece of wood and they nailed into the stars then strung string on the nails to show the constellations.
Description
These Flash Cards work great with a space themed unit! They are wonderful for constellation explanations, or for giving examples while the children make their own constellations! ! They can be used for morning work boxes, art centers, science centers, and independent and partner activities!
This download includes 24 constellation cards, 12 in square, and 12 in half sheet size!
