Ecosystems: This pack includes 13 different ecosystem posters for students to do a research project.

I have marked these posters for grades 2-4. Please use your best judgment after you click on the PREVIEW button above. This will give you a better idea as to what you are purchasing. Some teachers in first grade and even fifth grade may also find these suitable. Once again, look closely and you can decide. :-)

Grab your media specialist, get some books on topic (maybe even your science textbook), get your computers ready, and have fun learning about the different ecosystems.

You can have the kids in the class research a different ecosystem Some will have to double up though because only 13 are included.

This works great as a center activity, homework, partner activity, or however you want to use them.

On each poster you will find :

**place for student name

**write definition of ecosystem

**Important non-living components

**Animals found

**Plants found

**Adjectives to describe the ecosystem

**How do organisms interact in the ecosystem?

**Sunlight is important to an ecosystem because...

**Name a negative change that could occur in the ecosystem

**Possible effect of the change

**Black and White illustration of the ecosystem is include on the poster. Students are instructed to add animals and plants and then color.

I have also included an 8.5x11 title poster that you could laminate and hang above the posters.

The posters look great hanging in the hallway or in the classroom on a bulletin board.

NOTE: Once you have displayed them, another option is to bind in order to make a class book. Use the title page I made as the cover for the book. What a great class project!! Kids will enjoy reading it for the rest of the year.
