    Description

This bundle includes 180 math task cards to help your upper elementary students review for the end of grade test in both print and digital formats at the end of the year. It includes 60 EOG (EOY) review task cards aligned to the third grade common core math standards, 60 for fourth grade, and 60 for fifth grade. Each grade level includes digital, self-scoring Google Forms versions for no prep options that are also great for distance learning. This bundle is perfect if you teach multiple grade levels or for differentiation throughout the year.

    Skills covered include:

    • place value
    • rounding
    • decimals
    • addition
    • subtraction
    • area and perimeter
    • order of operations
    • patterns
    • multiplication
    • division
    • fractions
    • interpreting data
    • geometry
    • measurement

Five multiple choice task cards for each skill are included per grade level along with a bubble sheet, pages to work out the problems, and answer key. There are also force copy links to digital, self-scoring Google Forms versions! Assign all problems at once or assign separate forms by skill to assess students' strengths and weaknesses.

I like to spread these out over several days or even weeks. Be sure to save plenty of time to go over the problems and solutions together before the big test! An answer key is included! Check out the preview file for a sneak peak of the entire product.

These task cards are also available individually by grade level but buying this bundle will save you 30%

Tell and write time to the nearest minute and measure time intervals in minutes. Solve word problems involving addition and subtraction of time intervals in minutes, e.g., by representing the problem on a number line diagram.
Measure and estimate liquid volumes and masses of objects using standard units of grams (g), kilograms (kg), and liters (l). Add, subtract, multiply, or divide to solve one-step word problems involving masses or volumes that are given in the same units, e.g., by using drawings (such as a beaker with a measurement scale) to represent the problem.
Draw a scaled picture graph and a scaled bar graph to represent a data set with several categories. Solve one- and two-step “how many more” and “how many less” problems using information presented in scaled bar graphs. For example, draw a bar graph in which each square in the bar graph might represent 5 pets.
Generate measurement data by measuring lengths using rulers marked with halves and fourths of an inch. Show the data by making a line plot, where the horizontal scale is marked off in appropriate units-whole numbers, halves, or quarters.
Recognize area as an attribute of plane figures and understand concepts of area measurement.
