Description
This elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson gives students the opportunity to examine healthy vs. unhealthy choices. In a movement-based activity, students evaluate 45 choices to determine if they are healthy or unhealthy. Students then independently sort scenarios for additional practice. Discuss how healthy comes in all shapes and sizes and being healthy is all about balance!
