I use this within the first couple days of the new school year. It gives me a chance to see some simple facts about my students. It allows students to use their creativity in telling you something about themselves but with numbers. I know my students do not want to start writing as soon as summer is over! This allows them to tell me something about themselves in a creative way.

Options for using this resource
This makes a great Bulletin Board display for students to see what they might have in common with one another! I have my students paste this as their first page of their interactive math notebook. You can print two per page to save paper as well!
The digital version can be made into a slideshow using each student version to create a "Get to know your classmates". This helps bring relationships into your distance teaching!
