Positive Affirmation Self Esteem Journal for January School Counseling

This journal is perfect for the student who needs a self-esteem boost! This positive affirmation journal includes either a positive affirmation for students to say aloud or a journal prompt for each day of the month of January. The journal provides blank space for activities, drawings, and additional thoughts. This is great for individual counseling and small group counseling.

When I use this product, I include all pages in a 3-brad pocket folder for student organization and to provide discretion. Students keep the folder with them at school or at home and bring it with them to individual counseling sessions. We review their journal activities and practice saying positive affirmations aloud!
