Description
Looking for high quality grammar activities and worksheets that will reach your newcomer and beginner ELs? In this Questions Unit, every question, fill in, etc. on every page is accompanied by a visual/clipart. This is to build students’ vocabulary and allow to them to apply new grammatical skills in an authentic way that is comprehensible to them regardless of their language knowledge.
This ESL Grammar Unit includes anchor charts and target word wall cards for clear instruction of what the question words are, how to make and answer yes/no questions, and answering yes/no questions with contractions. Follow-up activities include matching, cut & paste, sorts, fill-ins, writing activities, and reading (a comic-strip style text using questions words in context). Take a look at the product preview for a closer look at each activity!
This unit comes in both a printable PDF or digital, interactive Google Slides™ version.
