What educators are saying

Students loved this activity. It was a great activity for students to work together through the design process.
My students loved having these cards added to their centers. My students challenged themselves to complete the builds, took photos with their iPads, and wrote sentences about their builds.

How I use this for multiple grades

I teach 360 students each week in grades K through 4th, so I created these activities to be able to easily set up, use reusable materials, and need low copying! I can adjust response sheets and challenges to meet each grade level. I need something quick and easy for me, yet engaging and challenging for my students! I hope your students enjoy these as much as mine do! :)

What kind of materials do you need?

I keep my STEM challenges open ended for teachers - hence, Simple STEM! Grab recyclables, or reusable materials like blocks or LEGO, or use notecards & construction paper. Anything goes!

I hope your students have fun building!
