Description
This Christmas elementary school counseling self esteem activity is a perfect exercise to practice making positive self statements! Use 1 inflated balloon and 1 deflated balloon to illustrate self esteem and begin discussion of protective effects of high self esteem. Students practice making positive self statements and identifying traits and characteristics they value about themselves. This is a great activity for elementary school counseling classroom guidance or small group counseling around the Christmas holidays!
