Description
This elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson introduces students to emotion regulation strategies! Practice all 11 included strategies or pick 5-6 to practice. Choose from ready-to-show PowerPoint presentation, leading the whole group through exercises or print center signs and handouts and let students rotate through centers to practice strategies in smaller groups.
Students create an emotion regulation choice board to identify feelings and select strategies that work for them. Choose from 11-choice card or 5-choice card.
