What educators are saying

I wanted an activity that would allow students to practice adding decimals, but also make the connection to money/purchasing items. They really enjoyed this activity, and were very engaged.
My students enjoyed this and loved the images. I turned it into a quiz so I could get a quick score from it. Thanks so much!

Description

Students "shop" through the grocery store finding combined costs of the items in their shopping bags in this digital GOOGLE Forms activity.

There are 20 decimal addition questions shown as prices of two grocery store items. Students add the prices and record their answers in their Google Form.

The Form is editable so you can shorten the activity if you think it is too long. Just delete sections of the Form (directions to do this are included). This is a digital only activity. It does not include printable cards. Includes answer key.
