Spanish Curriculum and Lesson Plans for Middle School Spanish (Así se dice)

Spread out these 64 weeks of instructional materials over a two-year middle school program, or condense them into a high school level Spanish 1 class. This detailed outline loosely follows the scope and sequence of the text book series Así se dice, covering Lecciones Preliminares - Capítulo 6 as well as Capítulo 11. You do not need the book to follow these plans, but if you have it, consider this the best money you can spend!

If you currently have no curriculum to follow, these plans provide the day-by-day activities I used with my own students with specific teacher directions, tips, and tricks! These plans are so detailed that you could even leave them for a maternity leave sub with no problem!

It was written for 40 minute periods on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and an 84 minute block on Wednesdays/Thursdays. While your school may not be on the exact same schedule, there are enough activities for you to adapt and fit the needs of your students and classroom!
