Spring Poetry Writing Unit & SMART Board Lessons

Our Spring Poetry Writing Unit will make teaching poetry a blast! Through poems, your students can practice writing in a creative and highly expressive context. Our unit focuses on 5 fun types of poetry that your class is sure to love: Colour, Acrostic, Shape, Rhyming and Haiku Poems!
*Please note: There are two different student sheet versions provided – one with Canadian spelling (i.e. colour) and one with American spelling (i.e. color) so that your kiddos don’t get confused!
