Stress Management Activities Group Counseling Program Interactive Notebook

This stress management small group counseling program helps upper elementary students explore their stressors, their physiological stress experiences, their typical stress behaviors, and the thoughts they tend to have when experiencing stress and practice positive, safe stress management strategies. Lessons include interactive activities and opportunities to practice stress management skills in a safe environment. This program can also be used for individual counseling or whole group classroom guidance lessons.
