Engage your students at the beginning of class with these reading comprehension bell ringers! Each day, students read an original fiction passage and then identify the theme. Students will also have to determine the meaning of a word using context clues for each passage. This resource contains four weeks of passages with a total of 20 passages!
The context clues question is multiple choice and the theme question is short answer.
The passages are all original fiction and each passage is a different story.
