What educators are saying

I used this practice with my reading intervention class. I needed something interesting and not as complicated to start then off with - and this was perfect. They had fun reading the text messages back and forth. And I liked how aligned the activity was with the skills I needed to cover.
My students really enjoyed analyzing the text messages. They were relatable and made making inferences a lot more understandable. Thank you!

Description

There are few things that students enjoy more than spending time on their phone. In this engaging activity, students make inferences and draw conclusions by analyzing a variety of text message conversations. Students are required to cite evidence for each answer.

Distance Learning Update: This product now includes a Google Slides option.

Students love the text message layout! This is a great way for older students to practice making inferences and citing evidence in a format they relate to!

This is Volume Two of my popular Text Message Analysis activity with all new conversations!
