What educators are saying

This was a great resource to add to The Composer is Dead book. I love giving the students something constructive to do while also listening to the story. This was also great to have for one of the days that I had to out for a sub to do with my classes.
This is a fun and engaging resource based on the book, The Composer is Dead. This booklet helps keep students on track and listening through the whole book in an effort to guess "whodunit". The musical lesson at the end is also important.

Description

Give your students the chance to be master sleuths with this corresponding "escape-room" like activity! Made to use with the book The Composer is Dead by Lemony Snicket, this resource is great for an intro into instrument families, and also makes a great sub plan! This product also includes a take home reward at the conclusion of solving the mystery!

Happy Sleuthing!
