What educators are saying

Great resource to choose different tasks from. As I do not teach in the USA I have different needs concerning resources as I do not have so much time for a single topic.
I am teaching The Hunger Games for the first time and this is a great resource to use if you are, too!

Here's what other teachers are saying about this The Hunger Games Unit:

❤️️ One of the most comprehensive units I have seen on this book. There are plenty of activities to push your high students and enough for the lower ability students. Just perfect for my classroom. - Zoey's Teaching Place

❤️️ This is my third time purchasing a novel/play unit from this seller. While I think it would be impossible to do every single activity provided, just the quantity of available resources made it so easy to pick and choose what I needed to fit the needs of THIS year's students. What I've found with these units is that as each year's kids have different needs, I can return to this resource and add or subtract activities as needed. - The English Department

❤️️ This is a great resource for teaching The Hunger Games. The students enjoyed exploring the myth of Theseus and exploring the topics of utopia/dystopia, propaganda and control. They also enjoyed learning about the Roman influences in the text. This resource helps the students dive into the nuances of the text. I liked that there is a student booklet and a teacher booklet. Everything is very well organized. - Melanie M.

❤️️ I have purchased ten, yes ten of these guides for use in my 6th-8th grade literature classes. They are by far, the best and most comprehensive on the market. Simply Novel is my "go to" for literature guides. I have purchased others, but always go back to this seller. Can you please make more??? Thank you!! - Jayne W.

❤️️ This was such a great and detailed unit. I love the fact that it includes instruction that students can read and learn from independently. I do wish it had been in a more digital format. However, it wasn't difficult to transfer it. - Brandon A.

❤️️ It's pretty hard to put into words how powerful this resource was to the students during the reading of The Hunger Games. The information provided is amazing...I felt as though we covered almost every standard by using this resource. At times, I felt that it was taking way too long to do all the activities and projects (I know...I could pick and choose...and I did), but we enjoyed everything. I even added a couple of cool things from other sellers that complemented pages from this resource. I don't know how you pulled this all together, but thank you so much!! By the way, I created notebooks for all the students in 3-hole paper pocket folders. That worked our very nicely to keep everything together and organized. What is great is that there is SO much for teacher to pick and choose from. Outstanding! - Mary Jo W.
