Voter Registration Cards for Students

Voter Registration Cards for students can be used for your own mock election! Several versions of the student voter registration cards are included for IB-PYP campuses and non IB-PYP campuses.
(One card has the IB attitudes as a border.)

One page is set up to look like a postcard that can be printed on the back side of the registration card. You can write in an address and then have them delivered to your students before election day!

Choose the cards you like to print front to back!

Provided are 3 different voter registration cards to choose from.
The 1st card has a place for student name, grade, teacher, school, signature, date, and year they can first vote.

The 2nd card has a place for student name, *Birthdate, teacher, *Polling Place, signature, date, and year they can first vote.

The 3rd card has a place for student name, grade, teacher, school, signature, date, and year they can first vote and has the IB-PYP Attitudes as the border. The 4th set of cards does not have the stars.

For IB-PYP campuses, there are two additional cards included to copy on the back side of the registration card. Choose either IB Learner Profile or IB Attitudes.
