TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've taught German 1-4AP (using Deutsch Aktuell 1, Deutsch Aktuell 2, and Kaleidoskop), French 1-4 (using Discovering French), and Latin 1, 3, and 4AP (using both Jenney's Latin and Ecce Romani). I've also worked with Elementary School students learning French and German through immersion.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like doing a lot of interactive activities where the students are the focus instead of me. I incorporate a lot of games and foldables, and I like using pictures to get the kids talking. As a world language teacher, I like to do as much immersion as possible. This means I'm always looking for new ways to help them feel comfortable with a new language.
