TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I'm celebrating my 27th year in education. I've taught K-12 music, band and choir, K-8 computer classes and K-8 gifted education.
My business began after I searched the internet for music bulletin board ideas and found almost nothing. I decided to host a website where teachers could share their ideas. Eventually I began selling the kits that I had created on Bulletin Boards for the Music Classroom (www.musicbulletinboards.net) in addition to sharing lots of ideas.
I'm excited to bring my products to Teachers Pay Teachers and to expand what I offer to include products for the regular classroom with topics like character education, math, ELA and history.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style can best be described as "eclectic". I like to use technology, Orff and Kodaly styles of music education and fill my classroom with lots of activities and laughter.
