ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I'm passionate about creativity. I believe in the power of art as education - it helps kids develop self esteem, problem solve, play, imagine, relax, work as a team and express how they feel. The ImaginationBox story began in 2013 with an urge to create a personal website (www.theimaginationbox.com) documenting my work over the past 15 years - creative projects, with adults and children in hospitals, schools, forest schools, theatres, children's centres, community and mental health settings - basically, anywhere you can find a group of people willing to explore creativity! Some years on, I enjoy seeing my seasonal project ideas and printable resources being downloaded all over the world, by parents, grandparents, teachers, and homeschoolers. I'm a hands-on mum of two inspiring children, 14 and 16 years old - they road-test most of my creative project ideas and tell me what they would or wouldn't put on their walls!
