What's Going To Work? Teamwork!
My classroom is arranged into cooperative learning groups. They create a team name, handshake, and decorated a flag that is attached to their group of desks. I created this "scoreboard" for the Smart Board. Teams who cooperate and follow the rules, maybe first to finish a job, etc. earn points throughout the day.
