This quick, fun, warm-up activity asks students to sort words of varying difficulty according to their vowel sounds by feeding them to a dinosaur on the SMARTboard!
Simply slide each meat chunk into Tuffy's mouth. Since he only eats short vowels, the short vowel words will disappear, and other vowel sounds won't be "eaten."
