Greek Geometry Chariot Project
This project begins with students making an individual mini paper chariot to become familiar with the process of measuring the shapes and designing and putting together a chariot. Then, in groups of 4, students will design and build a functional (small) chariot out of materials like cardboard, tape, glue, etc. The students will need to use triangles, parallelograms, rectangles and trapezoids and prove that they understand how to find area and perimeter of these shapes.
