Fatima's Great Outdoors Folded Paper Activity
This is a one-page activity to use with students after reading Fatima's Great Outdoors by Ambreen Tariq. If you do not have a copy of the book, you can find video of the author reading the book online here. To make the folded paper activity (aka fortune teller or cootie catcher), cut out the square, fold on the solid lines, then fold on the dotted lines. The folded paper has story vocabulary with picture support on the outside and comprehension questions on the inside.
