Description
When I learned about the zones of regulation and that it would be implemented at my school, the first thing that came to mind was the movie Inside Out! I love the characters as the visuals and that I can teach the zones with help from movie clips. In this resource you will find a poster that helps students identify their zone. You will also find a second poster that provides techniques to get back in the green zone.
