I've taught a Physical Education , for 5 1/2 to a variety of age groups and love to share knowledge and information that works for educators. Since this March I have been teaching virtually, and since August I have been teaching both Virtually and in Person. For the first five years I taught in a 98% low socially economically disadvantaged school. So I seen the struggles of both staff and students.
I use a variety of styles from guided practice, to command style if needed for certain Physical Education skills. The most important thing to do is create a healthy relationship with all of your students. Try your best to learn names, create a sense of team in each class and great things will follow.
