Flintbuck

With 23 years under my belt, I got my start as a Kindergarten teacher. I went on to teach 2nd and 3rd grade in a self-contained setting for another seven years. I then got my certification in Special Education and got to experience the life of a 4th, 5th, and 6th grade Resource teacher for a year. The next phase of my career came with a Secondary Reading certification and a very rich period of my professional life. I have been in an 8th grade classroom teaching ELA/Reading for 14 years with one year as a Reading Specialist with a university Charter School working with middle/high school boys. In addition, one summer was spent teaching Speech Communications at the high school level.
