Hello, I have been teaching high school American History for 10 years in New York state. I have taught a variety different social studies classes but my true love is U.S. History. The classes I have taught include: 7th & 8th grade US History, 9th grade Global I, 10th grade Global II,11th Grade US History, 11th grade Advanced Placement US History and Model United Nations.
I consider myself a dedicated & enthusiastic teacher. I find that the social sciences are vital to creating 21st century global citizens. My style of teaching mixes, current events, pop culture and humor to relate the core topics to my students.
