I have been working with children since the first day I got a job! As a young teenager I worked as a Summer Recreation Camp Counselor! I then went to college where I became certified to teach childhood education and early childhood education. My most recent roles included working as a Special Education teaching assistant, 1st grade teacher and currently, a 4th grade teacher!
In my classroom, it is my goal to allow creativity and positivity to flow throughout. We are a family community inside of my classroom. I like a very structured routine with clear expectations, yet fun and interactive lessons. Relationships and rapport are some of the most important aspects in my classroom for a strong classroom family.
Yet to be added
I graduated from Sacred Heart University with a bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. I received my extension in early childhood education from Molloy University.
I am a new, young and energetic teacher joining this awesome teacher community. Over my last two years as a teacher, something I have really learned to love is the creativity side of things. I am having so much fun learning and making fun templates to share with others! In addition to teaching and being crafty, I also love the beach, the boat and all things summer! I also enjoy reading romance books and spending time with my family.
