I'm a Primary teacher from Melbourne, Australia. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree, majoring in photography and children's literature, before earning my Masters of Primary Education in 2016. Since then, I've thrived, loving teaching middle primary. My biggest teaching strength has always been my creativity and figuring out how to make an ordinary lesson or learning experience, an extraordinary and exciting one. I've had a lot of success engaging even the most reluctant learners over the years. When I can captivate my students, magic happens with their learning and growth. In 2021, I had to leave the classroom for quite some time due to a really serious injury. Stuck in bed and uninspired, I found purpose and joy in sharing the amazing lessons and resources I'd created over the years with other teachers. It turned out that kids all over the world loved these activities too! The resources I create incorporate a lot of humor and imaginative context. I love crafting fun lesson and activity hooks to make the learning experience memorable and exciting for students. For example: Fairy tale characters requiring your students' help defending themselves in the courtroom, detectives needing your students' help to solve the oddest mysteries, and HELP, we need to hire your class to work at the pet store to sell some 'unsellable pets'... If this sounds like the type of things your students and YOU would love, please follow my store to stay up to date!
