ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Hello! If you’re new here, I’m The Drama Goat (she/they) I am traditionally certified (through a university program with a degree) in Speech/Drama/Debate Education. I hold a B.A. in Theatre and Performance. Coming into education right at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, I started a Teachers Pay Teachers store to make the work I’d already be doing teaching fine arts in Oklahoma (writing my own curriculum and creating educational resources) work for me. With no admin support, no funding for my program, and atrocious student behavior, I resigned from teaching for the time being. I began my healing journey and started my blog: The Drama Goat on Wordpress. Now after substituting on and off for 3 years, I am working towards doing Teachers Pay Teachers completely full time while advocating for Public Education. I look forward to connecting with you!
