I have taught in Upper Primary classes for the last 6 years and have found it increasingly hard to cater for the range of abilities within the average classroom. My experience has also taught me that students in Upper Primary should not be deprived the opportunity to participate in fun and engaging activities!
My experience has taught me to value resources that enable ALL students in a classroom to work independently on a task and achieve success, all whilst having fun! Therefore, in my lessons I aim to include: - explicit teaching sessions - collaborative, hands on games & activities - differentiated tasks - integrated projects
