TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Certified teacher for Art K-12, ELA 6-12, Math 6-9, Latin K-12. 15+ years experience teaching online and homeschool students. Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My interest is in providing cross curricular lessons and content to help students make connections between different subjects, especially including ELA and ISTE standards. Having taught students with little access to materials as homeschoolers, and in a district that did not receive materials for many weeks into the school year, I understand the need to work around issues with materials. I hope to provide lessons that rely on household materials and alternative materials so that all students can learn.
