I used this video as a teaser to get the students excited about Expository Writing. I showed them this video and then told them to be the "reporters". They were to create a newspaper (a title, and a focus) and go out and research the topic. They had to have at least 2 articles and 2 other boxes with something unique and fun (a word scramble, or a survey perhaps) The students had a great time creating their newspapers on Microsoft Publisher. This lesson can be used for 5th-8th graders.
