Character Trait Graphic Organizer with Text Evidence
This character trait graphic organizer can be used with any book, short story, or reading passage. Students can choose a trait from the list to describe their character. Then they must support their trait choice with evidence from the text (character's actions and dialogue).
The last part of the worksheet provides sentence stems for students to practice using evidence-based statements, that are so important to the Common Core, in their short answers.
