This is a weekly behavior chart for students experiencing behavior difficulties. This chart targets ONE behavior at a time. When describing the targeted behavior, be SPECIFIC. For example, do not use "compliance." Instead use "stay in assigned area." When student is successful (determined by the teacher and support staff), the behavior and goal can be changed if necessary.
