The main goal of this lesson is to help students break down why and how they get angry from anĀ emotional and biological standpoint. We want to help students understand anger in its root forms, which often can be traced back to hurt, fear, or lack. Coping strategies for anger such as taking deep breaths and walking away from hostile situations are great, but this lesson is designed to help students understand anger on deeper social, emotional, and biological levels. Students will be empowered wit
