My students struggle with any multiple choice standardized math question.(or any multiple choice test question!!)I posted a very wordy multiple choice question on my board and asked students to read it quietly for 2 minutes and then asked: "How many of you lost interest half-way through this problem and would just say choice C sounds good?"Almost every single one of my students raised their hand!!!My students struggle with multiple choice math problems and I needed to find a way to help them!!!
