TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Substituted for everything, third grade for two years, a homeroom of 3rd-5th graders for 3 years, and now a 4th grade class. Most of my experience has been in environments where students are struggling in some (or many) ways--academically, behaviorally, socially.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I want students to be engaged, enjoying learning, and feel successful, and always strive for those goals to coincide with students reaching rigorous academic expectations. I believe that all students have the ability to reach deep understanding and to think critically.
