I have classroom experience teaching AP World History, World History, United States History, Economics, and Government. I am passionate about constructing and implementing practical lessons that will allow students to not only learn the material, but also practice skills that are applicable to college and career readiness.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in creating a learning environment that serves the diverse needs of my students. I seek to employ universal design for learning in all my lessons to keep my students engaged and thriving. I believe in teaching practical lessons that build foundational skills for student success. I set high expectations, and my positive and encouraging demeanor ensures my students meet their goals. I am highly encouraging of self discipline and create an environment where my students take ownership. I am extremely passionate about teaching and I want all my students to reach their full potential.
