TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I currently teach AP US History at Rockwall High School in Rockwall, TX. I have also taught AP US Government, AP Psychology, High School ESL, 10th grade World History, 10th grade pre-AP World History, 11th grade US History, and AP European History at Wakeland High School in Frisco and Shepton High School in Plano. I am experienced with gifted and talented strategies and inclusion methods for special ed and ESL students as well. In my positions as World History, European History, and US History Team Leaders, I designed differentiated daily curriculum for all students in our schools. I have worked on district Curriculum Teams to develop assessments and projects for my respective school districts. Additionally, I have been an AP US and European History Grader for College Board, and have also worked as a consultant on several College Board projects. I am pretty much bursting will all kinds of training! I have had the most training in AP methods, Gifted and Talented education, and writing instruction.
