This is my 18th year of teaching and my third year in first grade. Before this, I was a looping teacher, and taught grades 3-5. I spent 7 years teaching Gifted and Talented and Enrichment in grades 3-6. A highlight of my career was the three years I spent teaching years 4 and 5 at a British international school in Cairo, Egypt.
Creative, hands-on, real life learning experiences that help each child reach their fullest potential. Personal connections, high expectations, and a mixture of challenge and engagement describe my style.
