Hello everyone, my name is Sophia and I have a big blended family with a total of 7 kids and one awesome Pomeranian dog named Spencer. My degree is in Administration, but I NEED to be creative to feel fulfilled. I don't have an Art Education degree, but I have always loved art and like to create in different mediums. Late in my life I decided I wanted to be an art teacher, and so that's what I did...for only 2 years. Covid hit, and I stayed home with my 3 daughters while they had to do virtual learning. While everything shut down, I slowly began to draw again and became really interested in digital art. I am always carrying around my iPad and Apple pencil in case I get inspired. I love to create art with fun color palettes and bold lines. So, you will see just that in my digital prints. Some are my original art and some are art elements that I put together to create unique designs that are eye-catching and inspirational. When I was an art teacher, the last thing I got to do was create my own art. It was all about procedures and prepping which I loved, but I had no time for anything else. They weren't lying when they told me teaching is one of the most difficult jobs! One thing I struggled with was creating a classroom that reflected me and my style. I saw a lot of the same color palettes and posters that didn't excite me. This is why I am most passionate about creating posters that are unique and can add some personality to any room or classroom! So, come in, look around, and see if anything inspires you!
