I have taught Pre-Algebra Pull-Out Resource, Algebra I In-Class Resource, Algebra I Pull-Out Resource, Transitional Algebra In-Class Resource, Transitional Algebra Pull-Out Resource, Algebra II In-Class Resource, Geometry Pull-Out Resource, and Applied Math Pull-Out Resource in New Jersey!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I utilize the stations-approach of instruction for my special education classes. We utilize a block-schedule in our high school, which allows for additional time in the classroom for concepts. With that being said, each lesson is designed with a warm-up, guided instruction, and independent practice (stations) section for the class period. I use following format for my math stations: M (Meet with Teacher), A (Activity), T (Technology), and H (Help with Friends).

I earned my BA in Education (K-6, Middle School Endorsement, TSWD, and K-12 Mathematics) and Mathematics in 2015 from Georgian Court University. I also earned my MA in Reading with Literacy Specialist Certification in 2018 from Georgian Court University. I am currently working towards my second masters, a MA in Administration and Leadership.
