TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I'm a Music Educator, composer, singer/songwriter and an author who loves to do all things CREATIVE. I teach elementary school music and have filled my life with experiences working with children as a Cub Scout Leader, and a Youth Leader.I hold an M.Ed. and Music Certification with training in Kodaly and Orff Methodologies. I love teaching music and I am so grateful for the joy it brings me and the kids. I want kids to be active happy learners. I believe that music inspires creativity.

I believe kids learn best when they are actively engaged. My resources reflect differentiated teaching in all lessons and integrate Language Arts, Science, History, Math and Music with technology with active creative movement so that students have optimal opportunities to learn.
