TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I worked with ages birth to the age of 8 for about a total of 10 years. I work for a school districts working with the preschoolers. I been working for the school district for 7 years now. I've also worked with the 4th and 5th grader mostly during the summer.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My philosophy with teaching is progressivism. My purpose of this philosophy is to allow children to learn how to think instead of what to think, with hands on experiences helps them to understand there are consequences to action and how to be able to reflect on action made within their society, such as problem solving.
